ANY WARRANTY. YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION SHALL APPLY

content partners harmless from any dispute which may arise from a breach of terms
of this Agreement. You agree to hold Batra group harmless from any claims and expenses,
including reasonable attorney's fees and court costs, related to Customer's violation
of this Agreement, including the Terms of Service or any Content placed on the Service
by you.
Limitation on Liability
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION NEGLIGENCE, SHALL Batra group
OR ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS,
SUPPLIERS OR ANY OTHER PARTY INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING, TRANSMITTING, OR DISTRIBUTING
Batra group OR RELATED SERVICES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL
OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY
TO USE Batra group OR ANY CONTENT PROVIDED BY OR THROUGH THIS SITE, OR RESULTING
FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA, OR OTHER

Applicable Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of the India, without resort to its conflict of law provisions. You agree
that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these terms and
conditions shall be filed only in the Superior Courts of Mumbai, India, and you
hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction
of such courts over any suit, action or proceeding arising out of these terms and
conditions. If these Terms and Conditions are not accepted in full, you do not have
permission to access the contents of this website and therefore should cease using
this website immediately.
